Class 11 - Holiday Home work for the coming week (25th May to 29th May 2020)

Dear Students,

The following is the holiday home work for the week 25th to 20th May 2020

We have learnt about the projection of planar figures.

Let us now draw the projections in the following 8 questions.

Exercise - Projections of planar figures -

A. Inclination with HP

Q 1. Draw the projections of an equilateral triangle of side 30 mm whose surface is inclined to the HP at 30 degrees and one side perpendicular to the VP.

Q 2. Draw the projections of a circle of radius 20 mm whose surface is inclined at an angle of 30 degrees to the HP.

Q 3. Draw the projections of a pentagon of side 30 mm whose surface is inclined to the HP at 30 degrees and one of its side parallel to the VP and away from it.

Q 4. Draw the projections of a hexagon of side 30 mm whose surface is inclined to the HP at 45 degrees and two of its sides perpendicular to the VP.

B. Inclination with VP

Q 5. Draw the projections of an equilateral triangle of side 30 mm whose surface is inclined to the VP at 30 degrees and one side perpendicular to the HP.

Q 6. Draw the projections of a circle of radius 20 mm whose surface is inclined at an angle of 30 degrees to the VP.

Q 7. Draw the projections of a pentagon of side 30 mm whose surface is inclined to the VP at 30 degrees and one of its side parallel to the HP.

Q 8. Draw the projections of a hexagon of side 30 mm whose surface is inclined to the VP at 45 degrees and two of its sides perpendicular to the HP.
